This is a concise summary of everything needed to pass the ITIL Foundation exam, plus quite a bit of other related material The stuff needed to pass the exam is helpfully marked so that the other material can be ignored if time is short.Unfortunately this book is fatally flawed by not having an index Who makes a reference book without an index

Has all the material I require, however the quality of the paper could be a bit better.

This book is too small and too terse to be useful for passing the ITIL exam I found the BCS IT Service Management A Guide for ITIL Foundation Exam Candidates and companion volume of sample questions far useful.

As alot of other reviews say, it s a surprisingly small book and hard to read cover to cover But it is ideal for picking up a definition or process explanation quickly and efficiently Was particularly useful when studying for my ITIL Foundation exam, as a complementary source to my other study materials.
