The title grabbed my eye while perusing books on folk tales at the library A quick read and what seems to be a faithful retelling of some classic Armenian folk stories My favorite part is actually the explanation of the book title Traditional Armenian story telling tended to open with the statement there may or may not have lived and concluded with the line three apples fell from heaven one for the teller of the story, one for the listener, and one for all the peoples of the world.
