I loved each and every story in this collection Every page is filled with heart emotion pain happiness and anything in between The characters are often faced with at best uncomfortable choices or at worst frightening choices They all have a disaster of their own to slough through Molly McCaffrey crafts characters who beautifully communicate why their disaster is so well disastrous no matter how big or small it may sound to an outsider Overall these stories as the book title suggests show how one can survive disasters Sometimes that means finding a solution but sometimes it just means getting through it True to life book
