    Excellent analysis throughout the 3 volumes I m uncertain that the prescription is effective or correct It s not clear that drawing a constitutional distinction between public and private law is so easily done do feasible at all It may be that a different tact altogether is needed.

    I didn t love this quite as much as other Hayek books, because a lot of it is devoted to a utopian scheme for organizing a government that I doubt would work But it still has a lot of good stuff I was impressed by a point he makes about the antitrust laws Even a monopolized market is preferable to government control of a market, as long as the monopolist doesn t take action that prevents others from entering.
