    This was good, but not amazing I think I enjoyed the first bookbecause it was all fresh Parts of this one gottedious Something Still enjoyable and inspiring, even if I can t run right now The part I liked the most was when he talked about doing these triathlons defines him as something other than a librarian, husband, or father He becomes an athlete for that short period of time That s one of the things I love so much about cycling and running.

    Another great read from Andy Not quite as good as the first as frankly his first book s journey was amazing and this is a continuation Good book for those thinking about Ironman with a family job life andrealistic vs professional accounts.

    I didn t like this quite as much as his first book, but it is still a good read And there s a lot of British English, so be ready to use the dictionary
