    This is the first one of S.J Scott s books that I have read, and I enjoyed it There is nothing new in this book but he does an excellent job of organizing the content to help anyone who want to make a change come January 1 or anytime of year.The book is easy to read, filled with actionable lists, and many links to other resources.I would recommend this to anyone who is struggling with bad habits or a trail of failed new year s resolutions.
