    I have a lovehate relationship with this book I would sit down to read and get so mad I could just spit Very well written

    A straight up anti union hit piece That alone would not have lead me to give the book a bad review but the entire book is intellectually dishonest It reads like a diatribe from Rush Limbaugh or Glenn Beck It uses slight of hand to leapfrog over logic and speaks in vagaries to obscure true understanding It also uses one of the cheapest tricks in partisan politics which is use descriptions to create prejudice For instance a union president is always referred to as a union thug or corrupt union boss The one good thing about the book is that it seems to be written for an eighth grade reading level so it easy to get through it uickly There isn't a lot of intellectual argument building here to make it a dense or challenging read
