I MISS YOU ERIC LITWIN The Pete the Cat books are just not as good without Mr Eric This new addition to the Pete the Cat saga is too wordy and the rhymes are too clunky It just doesn t have the magic the previous titles had

In the last 2 days, I have read nine yep 9 Pete the Cat books These books are perfect for gramds and great grands to read to young children The underlying value system seems to be pd some cool cars, 1960 70s style This book presents a variation on counting books The way it is written encouragesinteraction with the readers and may even encourage a a discussion anout addition and subtraction.

If I could give this piece of garbage negative stars I would Out of loyalty to the character and because I knew that patrons would ask about it, I read this and I SUFFERED. The only good thing in this entire bit of drivel is the message of forgiveness There, I just told you that you should forgive a friend if they wrong you thereby saving you from having to suffer through the HORRIBLE text I can t even call it rhyming because it was so uneven and atrocious at times and the asinine plot that If I could give this piece of garbage negative stars I would Out of loyalty to the character and because I knew that patrons would ask about it, I read this and I SUFFERED. A longer text than most of the Pete the Cat books Children have always loved cupcakes and we certainly live in a cupcake crazed world at the moment and Pete is about to throw a party with the ten cupcakes he has made Beginning with ten cupcakes all of a sudden some so missing and interestingly enough they disappear by twos and this is where someone could work in the concept of subtracting by 2s Anyway Pete and Gus begin to search for the cupcake taker One of the better Pete the Cat stories i A longer text than most of the Pete the Cat books Children have always loved cupcakes and we certainly live in a cupcake crazed world at the moment and Pete is about to throw a party with the ten cupcakes he has made Beginning with ten cupcakes all of a sudden some so missing and interestingly enough they disappear by twos and this is where someone could work in the concept of subtracting by 2s Anyway Pete and Gus begin to search for the cupcake taker One of the better Pete the Cat stories in my opinion
