This book melted my heart and made me smile with overwhelming joy at the same time I absolutely adored Nathan and Bailey throw in Joel and the main characters were off the charts amazing This book hit a lot of chords for me personally and these characters felt like good friends talking directly to me about not letting the past define who I am today I needed to hear that or read it at any rate I freuently learn new things from Susan Stoker's books and while the learning with this book is related to me and my life it doesn't make the knowledge any less valuable There is one scene that may be painful for some readers don't worry nothing happens to Nathan Bailey or Joel but I think if you read this book you might find some healing at the end

He loved her than anything Claiming Bailey is the third book in the Ace Security Series Nathan Anderson is the only single brother left on the team and when he collides with Bailey Hampton an instant connection is formed Bailey has lived a hard life and she is currently on the run with her little brother from the Inca Boyz Gang With danger looming around every corner Bailey is living in fear and although Nathan wants nothing than to offer her protection and love she is terrified to let go and put her trust in him Does Nathan have what it takes to convince her that a happily ever after with him is exactly what she needs? Will the Inca Boyz Gang forget about Bailey and her little brother or will they come after them with a vengeance?Overall Claiming Bailey is another Stoker Winner With action suspense and passion Bailey and Nathan are a perfect match I have thoroughly enjoyed each and every book in this series and look forward to reading Susan Stoker creationsFor reviewsrevealsgiveaways visit

I loved the narrator Erin Bennett did a really good job with this book and these characters I enjoyed this story but I have to admit the recaps of all the vile things the villain of the story did to Bailey and her brother was not easy to listen too Nathan was fantastic I love a nerdy hero and he treated Bailey with nothing but respect and care He was very sweet but firm when he needed to beI liked Bailey a lot however she deals with a lot of shame over her past with Donovan the evil Villain I hated the things she went throughJoel Bailey's little brother was not an easy character to like There was a lot of character growth with him in the story line because he was being groomed by Donovan to be part of the gang This made for a 9 year old boy who had major attitude This is where Nathan showed what a good hero he was not only to Bailey but to Joel as wellAudiobook borrowed on Kindle Unlimited

45 ‘#TeamNathan’ Stars Claiming Bailey was filled with all kinds of swoon worthy moments not that I’m all that surprised considering we are talking about a Susan Stoker novel but this one had aww moments than the previous two novels and the dopey happy sigh happened many many times Add in a good dose of suspense and it made for a page turning read right up until the very addOh Nathan I swear I fell in love with the man in the first chapter He’s honest to a fault about how he sees the world and how he see himself even if it is a bit harsh at times He has a huge and compassionate heart and way patience than is probably humanly possible And for all of his adorkable ness he has this alpha side that comes out and makes him absolutely irresistibleBailey absolutely blew me away in a good way This woman made some bad choices as a teenager but once she got a huge reality check she made a vow to get out and do everything in her power to ensure that she and her brother never went back Her guilt at all she’d done was huge but watching as she worked to create a better life for herself and her brother had me admiring and adoring herIf you love slow buildburn romances then you are going to love Nathan and Bailey’s journey While on the outside they appear to be absolute opposites they have in common than either of them could ever imagine I’ll admit that there were a few too good to be true moments between Nathan Bailey and Joel Bailey’s brother but regardless each moment brought out their true personalities and why they were all perfect for each otherAs typically happens with a Susan Stoker novel my interest in Claiming Bailey was peaked at the end of Claiming Alexis and I was hooked from the first chapter and thoroughly enjoyed how everything played out with Nathan and Bailey as well as the Inca BoyzDonovan storyline There were a few moments that had me going ‘Hhhhhmmmm’ but they didn’t take away from my enjoyment of the book And that ending definitely has me wanting to get my hands on Claiming Felicity sooner rather than later Copy provided by the publisher via NetGalley voluntarily reviewed

Bailey Hampton didn't have the best teen years she made a ton of mistakes but once her father died she realized the life she had built for herself was destructive and she needed to get her brother away from the Inca Boyz gang before it was too late The problem is though the head of the gang wants Bailey back and he is intent on finding her Ace Security number man Nathan Anderson is used to being alone He has his family but he has a hard time connecting with people When Bailey helps him with his car he feels something and wants to know about the beautiful woman with a chip on her shoulder He uickly realizes that this is the Bailey that they have been looking for though trying to find information on the man they helped put away Can Nathan show Bailey that he can be relied on and that if given the chance he can be the one she can lean on?This was one of those books that you begin and don't realize you are at the end until the end Fast paced and I liked that the story came off as realistic Nathan is a man who is blunt and yet he is understanding about what haunts Bailey I thought this was a fantastic read looking for a good book you can lose yourself in This is one to pick up

Bailey’s past will never let her go Its horror is deeper than her inked skin She’s hiding from that past and the leader of the gang that will one day come for her Her deepest desire is to keep her brother safe from that life But when she helps a nerdy geek with his car she finds herself longing for the friendship he offers her and her sibling Nathan has always been the brother his stronger larger brothers protected Now he’s in a position of offering protection to the most important person in his life and he won’t screw it up Bailey is everything he’s ever wanted and despite what she thinks of herself he intends to remain a part of her life in any capacity he canThis couple initially seemed a little mismatched I’m so used to the hero being the tough guy and the heroine being weak What I loved about this story was that they were both weak and strong in their own uniue ways but together they found the perfect balance that opened up their hearts for the futureThis is a fast paced read that didn’t kick into high drama and action until it neared the end However everything prior to that was a beautiful story of two people each growing and moving into a place in their lives where they found themselves content with who and what they were individually as well as together This is an honest review of an advanced copy provided by NetGalley and MontlakeDual POVSafety – H is an almost virgin; no ow drama; h’s ex is a threat but no relationship drama regarding himPossible triggers view spoilerrape; h was used by a gang and her history is rough and horror ridden hide spoiler

35 stars this one gets a very rare round up because Susan Stoker absolutely nailed it with her characters comments about double standards purity and sexism She should share them with her fellow romance writersNathan was great I went in expecting a Beta but really he just wasn't model perfect and used his brain rather than his fists Bailey was a great match for himBailey was insecure and full of self recriminations but it made sense Her life dating the president of a gang was horrific and she had a lot to work through Nathan was so good to and for herI dislike most kids in romance and for the first half of this book Joel was no different He's only 10 and the kid has been through way too much Bailey has been taking care of him since she was a teen and they are both messed up Again Nathan shines with him I didn't like Nathan's brothers They just seemed like nice meatheads Grace was mentioned too often and Alexis was annoying Felicity was great and I almost want to read her book AlmostSafe mostly view spoiler Nathan is mid 20s has had sex 3 times all one offs all with women he's dated for a while He's been celibate for a long time the first girl was his gf prom date lolBailey is 24 had many partners but not all were consensual as Donovan her ex gang president passed her around to other members when he felt like it She's been celibate for over a yearOw none but Nathan gives a few details about the 3 terrible times he tried sexOm Really uncomfortable info about Bailey's life with Donovan She had good experience before him with him at first then nothing but rape The details are sparse but be prepared Joel has been mentally abused by DonovanThey used condoms HEA but it's only a common law marriage hide spoiler

Bailey was cool but she whined a lot Also her little brother was a douche for most of this bookI don't know about youbut I would've slapped the shit out her little brother The way he was talking to her oh hell to the no buddy Who the fudge you think you are talking to? My fist to your mouthOther than that I liked Nathan and I wanted to see him happy The way he took care of Bailey was adorable It's sucks that she didn't know how to act around him because she wasn't used to guys acting this sort of way Then there's the fact with her whole brother who was a douche whenever things didn't go his way Oh lord that kid would've gotten beaten up by my familyTsk TskLuckily for him he had Nathan to teach how a real man acts towards other people Especially woman If I didn't have Nathan in this book I probably wouldn't have liked Bailey that much She whined a lot but I can totally see why It's all from her past and her crazy ex boyfriend being out of jail didn't help either Other than that I'm pumped to dive into the next book WHY?? 'Cause it's about Felicity I want to know about her background plus the half brother is pretty mysterious

First of all you should be warned about some possible triggers This book touches the subject of rape and we have an almost rape in the story If you don't want to read about that don't touch this book I decided to change my original 4 star rating to a three because when the time came to write this review the first thing that popped into my mind was Joel and how much I disliked his character I also didn't like the back and forth in some aspects of the book For example Nathan and Bailey start as friends then they go on a date the decision to stay friends for whatever reason and then they become a couple again The reason I disliked Joel so much was his attitude I felt like he was only acting because Nathan told him so All the other times Nathan wasn't in the picture Joel was acting very abusive towards his sister I get that he grew up with the worst gang members he could and they brainwashed him but Nathan kept telling him how he should really act and he was getting it but every single time he was proving himself wrong I wanted to read a scene even a tiny one where he did something good for his sister Something nice like making her breakfast or something He wasn't seeing all the sacrifices his sister made for him which were a lot even when Nathan pointed them out I am disappointed The secondary characters can also mature and develop in a story that isn't about them It was weird to have the inexperienced geeky Nathan and the way experienced Bailey The roles for once were reversed and I was happy for that Finally some change from the norm I liked their characters I liked Bailey because she was doing so much for her brother I have to admit that the events of her past are a little hazy to me She had a father who warned her not to join the gang but she did and took her brother with him? Or did her father die? If someone can answer that please do I am asking you to do it because I don't see myself re reading the book I definitely plan on reading Felicity's book though
