    Beautiful large images and the brief accompanying text would make this a suitable read aloud There is a longer excerpt on each page which goes into far detail about each subject As educational style alphabet books go, this one is quite decent It is not cutesy and is not really geared to as young an audience as one usually expects of an alphabet based book It is somewhat questionable how much children will enjoy it Covering from Annapolis Valley to Zoology, the book covers historic sights, culture and Nature as well.Teacher Application It would be a lovely book to take along on a tour of Nova Scotia, looking for the Nova Scotia culture a...
