    I picked up this book expecting a lot of nonsense but was pleasantly surprised The author goes into detail about different aspects of ourselves and our lives that could use improvement through creating a stronger sense of self and being true to our needs Unexpectedly interesting and relatable

    Interesting book with some good examples of the ways in which people need to protect themselves psychically Unfortunately I found that it dragged on a bit and really only had one exercise of value with a few variations for different circumstances All in all I think it could have said all it needed to say in half the length or less

    To be honest I was expecting a completely different focus in the book I felt that the authors repeated themselves uite a bit and I found uite a few suggestions not to my liking Though it didn't hurt to read it
